The Epigenomics Core Facility's services include project design, sample preparation for specific assays focused on DNA methylation arrays and sequencing, data generation and analysis. This is a collaborative effort between the Cornell University campuses in Ithaca and New York City.

Current services:

• Gene Expression (RNA extraction and ds cDNA synthesis)
• Bisulfite treatment of DNA
• Methylation by MassARRAY
• Methylation by HELP- (HpaII tiny fragment enrichment by ligation mediated PCR)
• Amplification of ChIP products by Whole Genome Amplification (WGA)

Services coming soon:

• Data analysis in collaboration with the Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Department.
• UCSC Brower Mirror with built in custom tracks for interpolating data with genomes.
• ChIP-chip (Chromatin Immunoprecipitation)
