2009 Northeast Veterinary Pathology Conference (NEVPC)
October 3rd-4th
Holiday Inn, Saratoga Springs, NY

The Northeastern Veterinary Conference (NEVPC) is an opportunity for the veterinary pathology community of the Northeast United States to come together and share interesting cases and experiences, and provides an excellent venue for seasoned professionals to interface with anatomic pathology trainees. Veterinary pathologists and trainees from pharmaceutical and biomedical industries, diagnostic laboratories, government, and academia are invited to deliver informative case presentations. Cases include classic diseases, surgical biopsies, tissues with interesting pathogeneses, or emerging diseases. Presentations last approximately 10 minutes with 3-5 minutes for questions and answers. The optional gross photo review will take place in an informal setting on Sunday afternoon. Images submitted by participants will be displayed and morphologic diagnoses, etiologies and pathogeneses will be discussed.

The 2009 keynote speaker is:
